It’s that time of the year again, that period after Halloween leading up to Christmas, when malls are just beginning to sneak Michael Bublé and Mariah Carey Christmas hits into their playlists, when you’re not sure what to wear because the seasons are in limbo, and when you can feel that subconscious hunger for turkey stuffing, pumpkin pie, and cranberry sauce.

Yep, we’re talking about Thanksgiving. Get into it.

Rumor has it the first Thanksgiving celebration (yes, that one back in 1621, remember?) was a feast that lasted three days. Can you believe? A three-day feast! Sign us up. It celebrated the coming together of two very diverse groups of people, setting their differences aside and breaking the proverbial (and literal) bread. Many believe this to be the driving force that put into action a more cooperative version of society.

Okay, that got deep. Let’s talk about what we’re thankful for.

The Food

Think about it. What would Thanksgiving be without food? The holiday literally started because people shared their meals. It’s what people do, when they want to show love and have a good time, they make food and eat it together.

A traditional turkey feast is usually paired with mashed potatoes, gravy, sweet potatoes, cranberry sauce, sweet corn, and various fall vegetables. These are the basics. However, throw in a grill and you’ve got something special. Some Thanksgiving favorites are given new life when grilled. Try throwing your turkey and the veggies on our Megamaster 6 Burner Gas Grill.

The Good Times

With Megamaster, the spirit of together made better always rings true and that is what we especially love about this time of year, families getting together around a grill, cooking some amazing food and celebrating great vibes.

So, in a nutshell, what we're saying is, get everyone together and make sure the food is ready to be shared and enjoyed.

Happy Thanksgiving from Megamaster.
